It can't get any worse, right?

Lookin for a nice place to call home? Better look elsewhere! This place is THE WORST in Denver. This is my second review in the past 3 months but some new things are worth mentioning.<br><br>1) Still no water-pressure in the shower.<br>2) About a month ago, someone used a crowbar to break into our mailbox. It took management a week to fix it! Even after telling them it is a federal law they provide us with a working mailbox. <br>3) Someone smashed in the passenger-side window in our car and stole our stereo. The crazy part is, the face-plate wasn't even in the car! <br>4) This woman moved in 2 weeks ago. My wife works with a close friend of her's. The woman who moved in has no job and 4 or 5 children. Of course, she doesn't have a man to help her either. So its nice to know I'm helping pay her rent with my taxes. She's thrown a party both weeks since she's been here. Last night around 11:30 I had the great pleasure of waking up to people yelling and screaming. This of course was a Wednesday night. It must be REAL nice to be on welfare and not have to worry about getting up in the morning to go to work. I wonder what she does with her 5 kids during these parties? I couldn't go back to sleep because of the party. I called the Denver police. As they turned the corner, the partiers saw the cops, took off back inside until the police were gone, then came right back out again. Why do people have such little respect and consideration for others? <br><br>Unless you have absolutely no other choice but to move to Hellhole Terrace on Parker, you should definitely look elsewhere. It is a VERY unsafe area. The cops are coming through here several times a day. Everything that can go quit working in your apartment, WILL quit working. And good luck getting it fixed! The maintenance people really have no clue what they're doing. They also only use 1 company to fix things. This company's hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. So if you lose water or hot water on Friday night. You better have alternate plans for water because you won't have water again until the middle of next week...if you're lucky!
