New management!! Still the worst place in Denver!!

My girlfriend and I moved in March 2004. As I've posted in previous comments how Hellhole Terror on Parker is the worst apartment community in the Denver Metro Area. Why? Because management lets anyone in here. They don't do any credit check (which is good because we have bad credit) but they also don't do a thorough criminal check. My girlfriend and I turned in our applications and paid the necessary fees and within 30 seconds, we were approved. A thorough criminal background check takes DAYS...not seconds. We got a new manager a couple months ago. She posted memos on all the doors introducing herself and telling us how she's gonna really clean up the place. She even opened the leasing office 7 days a week! For 2 weeks! Now, the office is closed all weekend. As far as I know, this is the only apartment community in the Denver area that isn't open at least 6 days a week. The problem is this, the office team is very VERY lazy and the ONLY thing they care about is receiving rent. They can't keep track of anything else but if you're even a penny short on your rent/utility payment, you'll get a notice on your door within 3 days telling you to pay or get out. So nobody in the office wants to work weekends...boohoo! They had one somewhat decent woman in the office who isn't here anymore. She usually worked weekends. I've never seen the -------- guy work weekends. Maybe he should go back to "the motherland" and get a little taste of life there and he'll come back more than happy to work weekends. Another thing, before this new manager came along, we would all receive a paper on our door during the last week of each month letting us know how much we owed for gas/water/sewer. This apparently is no more. We never received a notice on our door for November so we just paid the rent. A few days later we received a threatening letter on our door stating that we owed for the gas/water/sewer and if we didn't pay...we need to get out. Its now December 5th and we still never received a notice for how much we owe for the utilities for this month. So I'll leave a check in the rent drop box for the amount of the rent. I'm sure I'll get another threatening letter in a couple days stating I didn't pay everything I owe. This new woman really needs to remove her head from her butt. I went to the office a couple days ago to speak with her. I had to stand there for 10 minutes and wait while she had a totally non-business conversation with one of the maintenance guys. Like one of the last people stated, the grounds are a mess. There's still ice and snow on the streets and sidewalks and it stopped snowing over a week ago!! Bottom line is, this place sucks! The drugs are out of hand. Marijuana smoke filters into our apartment everyday because most of our neighbors (with kids) smoke pot constantly.
