People Who Don't Appreciate the Roof Over Their Head...

Let me just start by saying that the people who give this apartment complex a 1-star rating are probably the type of people who do not know how or care enough to take care of their rental. They seem to also be the type of people who expect everything for free and when they don't get it, they blame, complain and point the finger at the other person. It's very simple, keep your apartment clean and you won't get roaches, mice, etc. Any decent, even slightly educated person knows that when you rent an apartment you need to take care of it as if it truly were your own home. Just because the rent is lower than newer complexes does not mean that people need to trash them. Have some pride and class and clean up after yourselves. It is not management's fault that people act like fools once they move in or have guests who do nothing but party all of the time. If it bothers you or you are aware of situations going on that would terminate someone's lease, then report it or call the police if it is of such a great disturbance to you. Property management companies are more than willing to get rid of riff raff and low lifes that are occupying their properties in favor of renting to tenants who are responsible in nature. It is not managements fault that residents just throw their trash on the grass or do not pick up after their dogs instead of having enough decency and class to throw it in the dumpsters that are on each complex lot. If you see someone doing this, say something, either directly to the person or report it to management. It is always a few classless residents who make a bad name for the whole complex and as a 3-year resident here I am sick of all of the whining and complaining by people who obviously don't know how to deal with others in a professional, respectful manner. These are the type of people that no matter where they live, they will always find something to complain about.
