browsing over the other reviews, I don't think people realize that other residents residing in the complex actually DO count in a review... just like the neighborhood matters when buying a house. I have never, or yet, had a problem with any of the staff here. They have been pretty helpful when needed, and the rent isn't too bad I guess... unfortunately thats about all I can positively say about this place. Getting woken up at 3am because of other residents yelling and partying in the parking lots are a weekly event. Sometimes I guess the staff doesn't close the pool and well once again, 3am alarm clocks of kids yelling at the top of their lungs playing in the pool. Im originally from a big city, so Im no stranger to noise, but it honestly just gets ridiculous here. Im single so I dont care, but if I had a family yeah this would be the last place I would keep them. The buildings themselves are kind of falling apart. I had a friend in another building saying there was mold everywhere, roaches and mice. I haven't seen any in my apartment, but I've had to get maintenance in here a few times for things breaking multiple times (the AC, fan in the bathroom, etc.. ) Honestly, if I knew it was like this before I moved in, I really would have spent more time looking around for another place to live, but im just here in denver temporarily.
