Beware!! Many problems.

I have been here less than a month and I already know I will be leaving at the end of my lease. Bed bugs AND roaches! The apartment itself looks great. They did a good job getting it ready for move in, at least cosmetically. But as soon as the lights go out, there are bugs everywhere! They have already sprayed twice and the problem is still ongoing. I have had to sleep elsewhere to avoid getting more bites, I have them from head to toe! On top of that, they fooled me by showing me a building that was kept clean, probably because that is where the model is, and told me when I asked that they clean the halls of EACH building every day. Lesson learned, my buidling is always filthy! I will take a better look around next time I move. I have met some of the neighbors, and they seem to be okay people for the most part. But there are a few that just don't take any pride in where they live and that's a shame because it ruins it for everyone else. And last, in the three and a half weeks that I have lived here,..there have been 6 occasions that a loud domestic dispute has kept most of us from getting our sleep. Not a place I will be calling home for long. Sad.
