I don't want to say exactly when I moved in cuz I don't want our current (we've been thru about 5-6!)mgr to retalliate-and she would; the absolute WORST at dealing with renters! Came in here on a great move-in deal and this place used to be pretty good- but has gone downhill, badly, in the past 2 years. We have dealt with bedbugs, cockroaches, spiders, ants-you name it. And there are RATS!! Not inside- but outside, and they are HUGE! And there is NO reward for sticking around with them through all the broken appliances, air-conditioning, bathroom pipes etc. They have raised our rent every year-which is RIDICULOUS considering that when we leave they will have to re-paint and re-carpet our unit(from the 3 floods we've been thru) and will collect LESS rent because no other sucker would pay what we are paying for this dump!We've been displaced several times for general wall/pipe repairs etc because they have to have specially trained ASBESTOS removal teams come in and tape it up with plastic sheeting and heavy duty extraction fans blowing out the cancer particles. Our car has been stolen from the lot and numerous people have had their batteries/stereos etc ripped off. NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS!! There"s a "gym" but it closes at 5:30 pm when staff leaves. There's a pool- but no accesss to any restroom- so ALL the kids pee in the water. And last but not least- if you are into diversity=this is the place to be!! They let ANYONE and EVERYONE move in if they can cough up 1 mo. rent and a deposit. There are more trashy dirty people here than there are in Tijjuana, Gary, Ind. or Yemen.
