NO!!!!!!! DON&#39;T EVER LIVE HERE....WE MOVED IN&#44; IN OCTOBER OF 2012 AND THE VERY FIRST NIGHT I SAW 4 COCK ROACHES!! At this Imelda my son was only 5 weeks old...not ok!! WE HAVE A TON OF PICTURES AND EVEN SOME WITH A ROACH ON MY BABIES BOTTLE... I&#39;D PAY  $10.00 YO LIVE HERE NOT $665.00 PLUS UTILITIES..the sad part is they new about the roaches before we moved in&#44; and everytime we would complain they would say &#34;I wouldn&#39;t live with roaches either..&#34; they sprayed twice and it did nothing...good thing we got out by just giving them back possession...I wouldn&#39;t recommend this place to anyone..the staff was pretty rude as well...aside from maintenance!

Asbestos Forces More Families Out Of Homes
Hotel & Meal Vouchers To Go To Displaced Tenants
DENVER (CBS4)     The Denver Department of Human Service will begin distributing hotel and meal vouchers to displaced tenants of the Highline Terrace Apartments Monday morning at the temporary American Red Cross shelter located at George Washington High School.

Three apartment buildings undergoing renovation were evacuated Saturday after tests turned up asbestos dust.

Approximately 300 units were evacuated Sunday due to possible asbestos exposure.

There was no immediate estimate of when they could return.

Highline Terrace Apartments is located in Denver at Leetsdale and Quebec.

About two weeks ago&#44; the state health department received a complaint of possible asbestos contamination at a 15-building complex that includes the three buildings&#44; health officials said.

Initial test results were positive for asbestos residue in hallways&#44; stairwells and in debris from trash bins at the three buildings&#44; although the results were below the state limit for allowable asbestos level.

The state inspector nevertheless ordered the evacuations because of renovation work involving asbestos.

Test results from the other buildings were pending.

Denver&#39;s Municipal Animal Shelter was temporarily housing displaced pets.

My lease is up on November 30 and thanks to the ineptitude of these people, I&apos;m looking at having to throw away all of my things!  They sprayed the unit next door in late July but failed to spray surrounding units or notify occupants so now the bugs are in my unit and I KEEP GETTING BIT!  I told them about the problem last Friday, October 28, 2016.  They aren&apos;t sending anyone to spray until this Thursday, November 3!  Meanwhile more of these things keep showing up and I&apos;M FACING A TOTAL PROPERTY LOSS!  ALL OF MY CLOTHES AND MY BED AND MY FURNITURE.  I&apos;ve been paying $1000 for this?   No offer to take off my last month of rent or compensation for my lost property or timely relief in any way from leasing office.  So far I&apos;m out $40 in quarters for their crappy laundry room so I can try to salvage my clothes and linens.  Spent all weekend and $70 trying to save my stuff and at the end of it I have a fresh wicked nasty bite on my wrist.  Something went to town on the veins on my left hand.  I threw away my bedroom furniture and there were THREE mattresses in the dumpster and a couch.  WHY?  Because:

Also: rats love the dumpster.  They run back and forth from dumpster to buildings all night every night.  Coyotes love the rats.  They run around the complex looking for a snack.  Raccoons run around close to the buildings looking for stray things to eat.  Easy because the people here leave their trash on the ground all the time.  I ran over a glass bottle in a parking space the other day.  Told the leasing office who assured me they&apos;d clean it up.  It&apos;s still there!  Found another one in another space yesterday.  If you have kids, keep them close.  There are homeless people who break into the laundry rooms to sleep and will jump your patio railing  to sift through your ashtray (if you smoke).

To put it another way, this is a good place if you already have meth scabs because you&apos;ll get plenty more scabs from the

I have a leaking air conditioner causing mold inside my apartment and no one has even been by to even look at it. I sent the photos to the manager and she doesnt care either. Horrible over priced place to live. They only want your rent

I've been living at Cherry creek north since 2016, all I can say is that this is home for me, even though I'm renting, I've always feel secure and comfortable with my neighbors, to the extent that we have become like family. I strongly recommend it.

Roaches so many roaches they are in the walls have to be in the floors itâ€™s so gross highly recommend going somewhere else every time I wake up go to the bathroom they are in the bathrooms in the kitchen in the dish washer in my cabinet everywhere

It has been horrible from the start and continues to be horrible. To start I was lied to by someone at t he office, but because they were a temp what they said became a "me" problem. It took me 6 months to get them to take off the provided insurance from my monthly rent. And this was after I provided ever document I had, along with having my insurance send me documents that specifically said there is no other information they should need. Anytime I went to the office I was ignored or treated I professionally by everyone that was in there. The list goes on.

Very low quality of living . Staff never enforces any community rules. (Like not chain smoking cigarettes/ drugs in the building) they lie about having pest and move people into half done apartments with leaky windows, possible mold and plumbing issues. Used carpet and holes in walls. Please do not move in unless there has been a major turn around cause you'll be hit with random extra fees and this will make you regret even loooking into the apartments? the cover is nota what's on the inside

I've only lived here for a few days and my experience is horrendous. They have major pest and mold issues, ground floors have flooding issues, they DON'T clean or maintain anything aside from the exterior grounds and they seemingly refuse to do anything about it. It's absolutely ridiculous, quite honestly they should be shut down, or taken over by a company that can properly manage these buildings.

They delete my comments. this apartment complex is garbage. I have complained for three days about bed bugs and rats since January 13 and they never came to fumigate me until the current date. I have been in these conditions, I have gone to the hospital for this situation and I have proof of them, they never fumigated me, I live with the rotten walls and rotten insolation and walls full of humidity, what they answer to me is that if I have evidence I send it and they ignored it. I have proof and emails of everything! They are rubbish, the doors of the building are rubbish, my bathtub was covered for 3 weeks without being able to use it to bathe and they never paid attention to me, the only way they would fix it is if a pipe had collapsed and they are also rotten, I wanted them to cancel my contract and they told me that I had to comply or they would sue me or fine me. They are a lack of respect for society. I wanted to change apartments and they couldn&apos;t. They never wanted to solve me. I will not pay any more rent and I will go to legal channels with everything I have against them. and if they continue deleting my comments and others. I will continue publishing. The neighbors, also infested with rats, move because they could not stand this precarious situation any longer. The dls office&apos;s response is threats against me. complete rubbish and hell to live here

I am so happy to be part of this community, because of the good relation  with Management and Office Workers, maintanence. The safety and the Good neighborhood. All I Can say is I am realy appriciated.

Less than enjoyable. Neighbors are very loud. There has been multiple attempts at car break-ins. Packages get stolen. NOTHING gets fixed in an appropriate time period, regardless if I fill out a request on the app, send an email, or speak with an office staff member, my requests get ignored
