At first when I moved in I was grateful to have found a place to live. Not anymore. Everything in here is a piece of crap. From the condition of the buildings to the stupid and lazy maintenance staff. Although the management is very personable, it is definitely overshadowed by the lack of professionalism by the rest of the staff. If you ask them to fix anything, they will make you wait until you're at the end of your rope. Then they come in to check whatever the complaint is about and proceed to tell you "we need a part". You'll never hear or see from them again. All of them except for one. Or they'll tell you that they need a supervisor to fix something ridiculously trivial. They want the damn rent in time every month though , which is overpriced least to say. DO NOT MOVE HERE. EVEN IF YOU HAVE SECTION 8!!!!!!!!
