Before we moved in they showed us the model apartment witch was nice it seemed flawless then about a month into our lease is when we started noticing all the things that are wrong with the place, the counter tops were badly cut and missing trim in the kitchen all the cabinets and cupboards handles are different there are 3 different kinds also the cabinets had holes from previous handles that were crudely filled with caulking and had dripped on the inside of the cabinets. All the paint in the kitchen has massive drip marks on the cabinets and cupboards. The stick on tile that was used on the bottom level was cut up and stuffed under the base board to fill in some of the one inch gaps between the baseboard and the floor. The bathtub leaks out of the handles and we could never figure out the hot/cold situation it was one or the other couldn't find a nice median. And I can live with most of those things but then there is the Worst management ever!! Everytime we called in a problem they told us that they were going to tell someone else (maintenance, landscapers ect.)and they will take care of it they never gave us a straight answer. Towards then end of our lease they gave everyone a notice that said we couldn't have "anything" but patio furniture on our balcony I call them to have them be more specific and she said we could have nothing unless we when out and bought patio furniture and thats what the lease we signed said. They emailed us a copy of the lease before we moved in and it clearly says we can have a gas bbq grill, patio furniture, and plants that's a lot more than nothing. Bottom line they are shady and dishonest not exactly who I want to rent from. I will say that we've had no issues with crime or any major disturbances and the maintenance guys do a great job of keeping the property tidy. MANAGEMENT IS DOWN RIGHT AWFUL!!!
