NEVER live here, no matter how desperate you are! I moved here because it was inexpensive compared to others in the area & now I know why. The savings in rent is not worth it!!!! They were so nice and responsive when I was a prospective tenant. After that I basically had to walk down to the office to get any sort of response to anything. And I had problems from day one. When I came to move in - at the time they told me to, the unit was not ready. I had to wait hours to get my keys and then couldn't move my furniture in until the next day because the carpets were still wet. 2 days later the former tenants walked in...with their keys (despite that fact I was told the locks were changed). They said they hadn't done their walk through and turned in keys yet. There are cockroaches...which I later learned they've had a problem with for about a decade & their method of spraying didn't fix the problem. They didn't care & they tried to tell me I didn't really have cockroaches. The cost of the shared utilities was about $50-$60/month higher than they told me it would be. Other residents complained of things like a hole in the ceiling that leaked and went unrepaired for 6 months, flooded carpets that they wouldn't replace, bed bugs...the list goes on. I've been a renter for over 20 years and have never had a problem with a property or landlord. This place is absolutely horrible.
