DO NOT LIVE HERE! Our place was overly infested with cockroaches and no matter how many times we told them they did nothing! I moved out a few months ago and am still finding dead roaches in my stuff...it is disgusting. Before we moved out I heard a woman complaining about rats in her building too and nothing was being done about it.
The only nice person on the staff is Daniel and everyone else treats you horribly. The rent may be low but the number or extra charges they throw at you and tag on when you move out is ridiculous! Do not expect to get your security deposit back regardless of how well you kept the apartment. Also expect an additional few hundred dollars worth of random charges they claim they told you about.
Cops are usually there at least once a week. I'm pretty sure car alarms go off 3-4 times a day at all hours. Our neighbors would blast their music so loud we couldn't hear our tv from across the hall.
At least one of the washers or dryers was usually broken and they randomly up the minimum price you have to pay for each load. Oh and the only place to put money on your card is in their leasing office, which is of course only accessible during their business hours. So you are SOL if you want to do laundry on Sunday and forgot to put money on your card!
This was my worst experience renting ever. Do not waste your time.
