I had really bad experience at this place. I been living here for two years and I will never recommend this place for so many reasons. The worst just happen. I paid the rent in October 01 2016. I personally went to the office to make sure the receive the check on time. Teen days later I have a paper on my door saying I didn't pay and I have to pay 200 Dlls more for late fees. Please people start doing your job and show some respect for the tenants. They never answer the phone if you have concerns. You will be lucky if they return a call. I'm really disappointed. Dirty please, not well maintained. If you are planning to move here take your time and think about. If you are attracted for the nice pool they show in pictures you better don't do it. The pool was closed for the hall season. They start doing repairs on the pool in spring 2016.
