We have had a few slip ups here and there with Advenir, but for the most part, our experience hasn't been all that bad. Especially considering some of the god awful places we have lived before. It feels like the management team is really trying to get things to work smoothly here. They have definitely tried to rectify any issues we have had. I want to apologize to the staff for getting a little fussy over having the pest control people come out, but I know they were just doing what they thought was best. I think it's extremely commendable that they made sure to put steel grates over the windows in the laundry rooms and attempted to put locks on the outside doors to the apartment. I still don't know why the people living here have such an issue with the doors. They are there to protect us from the creeps that roam around. I can honestly say, I know our laundry room got broken into when we first moved in and it shook me a bit, so I really appreciate their effort there. Our neighbors are by far the best ones we've had in years. They are the sweetest people, so we are very thankful for that. I will say, if you do choose to move to this property, make sure you get an updated unit and do yourself a HUGE favor and spray the baseboards and cabinets before you move everything in with legit bug spray. I think that helped us out a lot. I really hope that they attempt to make the gym 24 hours in the near future so I can actually use it when I'm not working. Other than that, it has gotten better. I hope they continue to improve and help their residents be comfortable in this area.
