A place full of rats and mice inside the apartment and outside rodents, huge one's. The rodents damaged our car's electric cable and we paid over $750 to fix the damage to make the card driveable again. They make you pay for the pest control on a monthly bases but fail to conduct proper service. Don't get fooled by the hidden fees as well. The rent appears to be lower than the surrounding areas or market but when you add up all the fees it's more than the market price. You pay for water + gas + electric + community access fee + service fee + garbage + etc, name any fee and its add on! The management is new and they try to please you and are nice, but the apartment is old, infested with every possible pest, you name maintenance team is lazy, they will write the work completed before they even start it. If you have no other option, its better than being homeless. They rent to anyone and everyone including those who don't pay or have the worst credit, so imagine with what kind of people you are living, people who throw garbage right in front of the building.
