They should put Yellow Caution Tape all over these buildings. Every employee is very unprofessional. They are all ignorant and some don't even understand English. Every employee there is incompetent and is only nice to the new leasees who are moving in. When you start bringing up issues or problems, they begin to roll their eyes and will NOT help in any way. The rent may be affordable, but at the end of each month, there are fees that are tacked on that can't even be shown for on the property. The CAM (community area maintenance) is inconsistent and still charged the most every single month. This area is not safe to put your cars outside, there are no cameras, there is hardly any maintenance, and if it's not an emergency, the maintenance will NOT get it completed. They are supposed to put notice that they have entered in your premises and they neglect to do so. It is very sad to see that the corporate does not care about their property and only cares about the money. They continue to paint over the exterior, but neglect to put money into the interior of the homes so you can live comfortably. It may look decent in the interior if you get the "remodeled apartments, but don't be fooled, the floor boards are uneven, the doors don't close correctly, the cupboards constantly come off the railing, the air circulation is inadequate, the sinks leak, the showers leak... that is just to say the least of the interior. Not only that, you can't control your own temperature in your OWN apartment!! With Colorado having such unpredictable weather, if there is a hot summer like day in October, forget about turning on your air conditioner, it will not work. If the you have a freezing cold day in June the heater will barely warm up. THE REAL ISSUES COME when you get the constant bites of bed bugs, when you see another roach crawling around, when you hear neighbors constantly yelling and their animals barking, when you see rodents running around the dumpsters. Then you contact the office and let them know, they have incompetent outside sourcing to cover their butts to say that "they are taking care of it", but in all reality they are just taking care of it for now until another instance happens. It's an ongoing cycle. They really need to consider having all of the tenants evacuated and take care of the interior situation so everyone can live comfortably. You can not purchase any new furniture because you will end up losing money and throwing it away and living an unhealthy lifestyle. The common areas reek of smoke in the hallways. You can hear the maintenance people just vacuuming the carpets but what about cleaning the stairway and sanitizing the doors. There have been multiple of instances where the pipes have frozen and bursts and NOT once has the office given notice of when the water will be turned on. I had to call in sick to work because I couldn't even shower. I could not even poop in the comforts of my own home. The office did not even offer drinking water or purchase drinking water. And when they did let me know the water was going to be off, it was basically to let me know I can only pee and flush one time.
But you really need to hold the lever and/or flush two times for all of the paper to go down. The water pipe did not just bust once, but maybe 3-4 times. I have never been so sick as often as I have living here. I can tell that the air filters have not been replaced based on the kitchen ceiling fan just accumulating dust. Homeless people live more comfortably than this... Do yourself a big favor and consider commuting further than to live in this dump of a place. Being so upset about living here, I can even recommend you places to live such as the parc at cherry creek, the covington on cherry creek, lugano at cherry creek, the ridge at lowry, and plenty more that are around the price range of living at this dump.... you will get better ammenities, better service, and a better living environment. Speaking of ammenities, their gym does not even have good equipment or even works half of the time. The pool is disgusting and not kept up and doesn't even look sanitary, they were supposed to put in a business center, but they can't even do that for the tenants. There is no wifi inside there so don't even think about even going there if you need a quick internet fix for whatever reason or you wanted to work at the pool, or watch a show while you are working out since they don't have that luxury in their workout room. Even living at La quinta Inn is better than this... and you get house keeping there... If I haven't indicated enough, just move here and see, you will be thanking me now or later. YOU CHOOSE. At least I care enough to put a review and warn people of this place rather than you experiencing like I have. Such a sad story. Oh and if you are single and want to bring your partner over, think twice, because you don't want them to have their first instance of bed bugs and think you are disgusting. You will only be embarrassed and never see that person ever again. Maybe I should put up a GO FUND ME so I can move out sooner. I feel so bad for myself and all of the people living here. I couldn't make this stuff up, the struggle is real, and you will experience all of this if you move in this place.
