WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!!! Since I moved in I find roaches everywhere. I made a complaint about it and they sent an exterminator into my apartment. They said they had to bait my apartment and not exterminate because it wouldn't solve the problem. Well, problem still not solved. I still find them everywhere. I put in a maintenance request over a month ago because for some reason my fridge is leaking (there is no ice maker in there. Not sure why it's leaking) Still no one has responded to it. I've called multiple times and left voicemails to call me back about my heater because it's blowing cold air. Still no call back and they never answer when the phone. The staff will act like they care about your concerns, but will write it off and never go through with anything they said they would. The manager is the rudest. She never helps her staff and is in her office all the time even if there are people crowding in the lobby. The few times I have seen her come out she has absolutely no customer service skills. She asks rudely what you need (like as if you're in a McDonald's drive threw) and has an attitude and rolls her eyes all the time. My lease and their lease coincidentally aren't the same. My lease has a different move out date than theirs for some reason. When I went in to give my 60 day move out notice they had nothing correct on their end. They charge a fee for property maintenance, but the grounds are disgusting and never taken care of. I'm not sure what they are charging for. They don't verbally tell you, but in the lease it does state that you pay utilities (gas, water, sewer, trash). It's always at least an extra $100.00/mo. I'm in a one bedroom apartment. It's just me and I'm hardly there because I work full time and am a full time student. I'm not sure how I can use that much. The basement where the laundry facilities are located has flooded. No one in the complex notified the residents about this. The halls are constantly loud, constantly smells like weed, neighbors are not considerate at all, making complaints about them does nothing. Your concerns wont be addressed. The list can go on and on. I've lived in 7 apartment complexes. 6 in Texas and one here (this being the one). Out of all my years of renting apartments I've never lived in a more disgusting, disrespectful, incompetent place. Save your time and don't spend a dime here. They demand their rent on time, but will take all the time they want to address your concerns if they even get addressed at all.
