I would highly recommend not renting here. I have lived here for 3 months and I hate it with a passion. There are bugs and mice all over the apartment buildings. You cannot get ahold of the leasing office at all. You can call and email the leasing office and they will never call back or respond by email. When you go in to speak to someone about an issue no one knows what they're talking about. They charge YOU for the pest control that comes by the apartment complex every Wednesday to spray down the apartments. They have german cockroaches that they cannot get rid of. Maintenance sucks - I was left without heat for 2 days when the temperature in Colorado was 12 degrees outside during a snowstorm. The doors to step into the apartment buildings are broken, so you don't even need the key they give you. There is puke in the hallway next to my apartment that has not been cleaned up for 3 weeks now. Once Advenir rents out the apartment to you don't expect any kind of help afterwards. Your left to deal with everything yourself. I was in a desperate situation that caused me to find a place to live as soon as possible, but if I could do it all over again I would NEVER EVER step foot into this place.
