Better customer service oriented management. Staff that answers phones and returns emails. Gym that is open when the tenants can use it and the office needs better hours. I can't check my mail when I get home because the office is closed and unable to pick up packages till after 3 pm. Management was never like this when I first moved in. I would be notified if I had a package. I would be recognized as someone important and now I feel like I'm just a body they are trying to get rid of.

Change of management way too many times Lack of communication between office staff (perm or temp) Many promises made and all been broken. Unsafe being that the exterior doors don't lock Hall to laundry room lights broken so it's very dark

thank you for your response. We are working on improving the overall appearance of the property but also need cooperation from the residents. If you see door being propped open with rocks please close and lock the door. We are repairing the doors again, however when the rocks are used to hold the doors open it it breaking the hindges. Please let me know what laundryroom the light is broken in so we can fix right away.

Good experience when I picked up my keys but prior to that kind of made me rethink my decision to move there. The manager helped change that for me by answering all my questions prior to moving into my new place.
