Management never stays and the community needs some TLC. When there is a management team they are mostly helpful. The parking lot really needs some work there are a lot of holes. There have been some improvements over the years. I do appreciate the pest control team that comes out to take care of any problems that arise.

My experience hasn't been too bad. I would appreciate more timeliness used when it comes to maintenance requests. The community could be cleaner and people need to stop using the dumpster area to put large items.
