The apartment itself is big and livable. The complex sucks. I have entered multiple requests to get rid of the roaches and to fix the exterior door. Neither of which has been completed. The office staff never responds when you leave messages.

Frustration. I still have roaches that have been here since I moved in. The terminex guy has been great at helping me. It took 2-3 days for me to get someone to fix a backed up toilet!! I guess wait and see it what we need to do with work orders

I have lived in this location for quite a while. I love the apartment location and size. Dealing with issues with the apartment have been frustrating. I have mended to enter multiple work requests to get simple things fixed. This should not be necessary.
