So there are problems with this apartment complex. I'll try to be as detailed as I can. The model apartment they show you will likely look nothing like the apartment you get. I know they spruce the model up to make it look nice, but I have never seen that much of a discrepancy. The apartment I got was run down. There were several problems, and I was told that maintenance would come back and fix them, but they never did. Do yourself a favor, and look at the apartment you will actually be renting before you sign ANYTHING. Maintenance here is terrible. I would submit a maintenance request, and it would sit out there for weeks. It would get assigned to someone, and then disappear with no repairs made or any explanation. I had to wait almost 2 months for my dishwasher to get repaired. This was well before COVID-19, so they can't use that as an excuse. I had to make several repairs myself, they just simply don't seem to care. The residents here mostly keep to themselves, with the exception of the occasional loud argument or fight out in the parking lot. Other than that, my building was relatively quiet. They are not very considerate when it comes to laundry facilities. They leave clothes sitting in the washing machines for 30-1 hour so you have to wait. Do not let them tell you that you will have your own water tank. They lied to me when I was looking at them, and told me I would. I move into the apartment, and the water in the shower is going back and forth from ice cold to steaming hot, and adjusting the knobs did nothing. They "fixed" it, and it was a lot better, but you are still going to have temperature fluctuations because you share a tank with the whole building. Keep that in mind. In conclusion, this is not a good place to live. If you can afford better, go somewhere else. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Edit: So after moving out, I got a bill for damages to the apartment that was there before I moved in that maintenance never fixed. I was also charged for normal wear and tear on the carpet, and a "late notice fee" when I notified them on time! I sent them a letter disputing the charges, and now they are ignoring me and sent me to collections. Do not EVER move here. Stay away! They will take advantage of you!
