Good community with affordable rent. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is a bit lacking in notification of upcoming inspections as per the lease agreement, but prompt when dealing with issues that may arise.

They charge a fee to pay rent. Maintenance takes months to be addressed. A deteriorating section of ceiling was plugged with insulating foam instead of being replaced. The community isn't bad and everyone seems respectful.
