Lazy workers here in general. When I was looking for a place, I should have been warned when that one crazy dude came in yelling about how they still haven't came to fix stuff and how there are cars being broken into. With my lack of funds and no where else to go, I insisted to continue signing for my lease. Biggest regret ever, Not only did they give me a room with no AC/Heater, they gave me a unit with a broken electrical unit box. Every apt has one for its own safety but mine keeps popping off when I want to watch TV with the lights on. Really?? Im limited to very little, my ac/heater has never came on, and this was just a big fat L on my part. Stay away from this place, it might look nice now but its still the same old Advenir "living". Stuck here for 5 more months, if I wanted to leave I would have to pay them 2500 to sign out of my lease. BEWARE
