This apartment complex is poorly managed. Renters requests for maintenance are routinely ignored, regularly delayed and repeatedly disregarded. This is regardless of going on line, calling or in person.

The place is clean. The grounds are well kept. The trash is hauled away on time. The service for maintenance issues has been much less than ideal. I have had problems with roaches and mice since day one. Management will not send an exterminator to rid me of the problem. The carpets used to be cleaned each year, but now its down when you move out. That doesn't make sense because regular cleaning might help preserve the carpets.

Hi there, This is Dannon Martinez. I am the new property manager. I wanted to let you know we have cancelled our contract with Terminix. We have hired Pest Solutions and have seen a huge improvement! If I can have your apartment number I'll be sure to send them on Wednesday. I would be happy to offer a carpet cleaning for your home if that is what you are requesting? I'm fairly new and we are trying to take care of every residents needs. We are scheduling the hallways to be cleaned as well. Please let me know if there is anything else we can help with.
