I lived here with no heat or ac working in to the second year. I had many people come in and say parts need to be order but the office has conveniently never got around to it. The last person who came in for the heat turned on my thermostat to 60 and felt room temp air come out and said see it works. Then left out. I know it was room temp because I check with him. Maintenance is the biggest issue here but not the only one. The leasing office is slim to never open especially on the weekends. The office now holds all our mail, letters and packages. It has the gym and the reloading machine for the laundry card. So good lucky with getting any of that. We had so many leasing agents and manager that they don't care who they rent to some time. I had a neighbor sit outside my door for 2 hours drunk threatening my life. Called the cops and he was arrested gone for a hour and continued to harrass me for another hour. I filed a autoprotection against him. When I told the leasing office they said they can't do anything. I said that I filed a autprotection and found out he has a warrant for his arrest prior to this. This blonde hair lady told me "Well move out then I'll break your lease right now you can leave". I can't just uproot my family especially when I have not done nothing wrong. This place just runs its self .
