My experience started off well for the 2yrs. However, the experience with not only the newer staff being completely rude when issues arise with other residents and not offering any other solution other than giving me an "its not my problem" attitude. It went from that to having new maintenance staff as well that started to take up to at least a month before getting to any maintenance requests. It moved from that with maintenance to then only responding to 1 of many requests and when they arrive I ask them to work the other tickets that I have put in and they respond by saying I cant you have to create a ticket and finding out that all my tickets have been closed. This is the worst company and complex I have ever rented from.
