The complex is old but it seems like they are working hard to keep it in order. It has been a lot quieter than I had expected and it is very pretty here. My windows face a Greenspace/watershed rather than the parking lot or other buildings. Water pressure is pretty low especially in the kitchen. Parking is paid monthly but isn't expensive. That is fine if it helps prevent unauthorized traffic in the complex. Staff is very friendly and helpful although a bit overworked. So far they have been great in communicating and working with me on any concerns. I feel a lot safer here than I thought I would prior to moving in. New carpet, the rest of the apartment shows age but is a great value for the rent costs in Denver. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around occasionally but for the most part there is little noise carry over from the other units. So far no pest or maintenance issues. Had been very pet friendly but the dog park is on the smallish side and is directly in the sun. Within walking distance or short drive ro groceries and food.
