Horrible experience- not at all what is depicted or explained in description or photos, I have had issues with dishwasher and toilet working properly and bad issues with yellow jackets and hornets swarming balcony so bad I can't use it, now they have entered my apartment as well. Apartments are in poor condition and on two very busy roads in a not so safe or great area, especially for access to safe trails and roads for cycling and running. Will never rent hear again. Worst issue is they allow smoking in the building and aren't transparent about it, I tried to get out of lease due to this as I am being exposed to negative health risks and my stuff is being ruined by smoke smell and they refused to work with me (I attempted this right after moving in too), the only way I could get out of my lease was by paying four months rent, which is ridiculous considering they are putting me at a health and safety risk. Do not rent here!
