My experience with Advenir Living. I was initially attracted to the monthly rent prices/special, so I emailed and applied. After this, there was no communication, and the office's main phone number was unplugged or disconnected. Closer to moving, I showed on-site to view the available unit I reserved and was offered a 2-bed model instead of the actual unit upon move-in day. I request to be shown the unit in which I'll be moving into and am met with excuses and forced to pay only to come to find out 1/2 the "amenities" offered (i.e. Dishwasher, AC) do NOT work, and the whole building has been down for central air for three months! This isn't how you do customer service or run a business. Renters beware.
