Do not rent here. There are roaches, the office hours are posted but do not expect anyone to actually be working and if they are they are probably new and don't know how to use the computer system yet or don't have credentials to access your records, the pool is always broke or disgusting, the maintenance staff are a joke, the cleanliness of the complex is non existent, if you happen to meet the manager, don't bother remembering their name, you'll meet a new one monthly. The AC is always broke during the summer and freezes over which causes a huge leak into the wall and floor at all times, the heater is broke during the winter but don't worry they'll give you a tiny space heater and tell you that your family should be plenty warm with that. The safety of the community is non existent, besides the POS "patrol car" that just shines a spotlight into your apartment at midnight because he's bored. Need parking? You'll be responsible for paying a monthly fee to park in the pos lot that has no type of security at all and minimal lights. You can only get your mail during office hours because it's in the building but let's not forget the beginning of this comment- the office hours v.s. When they're in the office are VERY different. Unprofessional, dirty, halls and laundry room- yes you have to pay for and reload a laundry card- also in the office that doesn't have actual hours of operation , no locks on the second story windows in my child's room; when I called to have them fixed when we first moved in, I was told " keep away from the window, we don't have that part" had to do many fixes myself; when I put a request to fix the bathroom shower head, the maintenance man brought a kitchen faucet, when I asked them to replace the seal on my fridge when I moved in, they brought an entirely new fridge door, left the fridge door in my apartment for over a week and I finally put it in the hall way: " they forgot" the seal never got replaced. Please spare yourself the hazard of this place, it is not worth your sanity or your money.
