I have lived here for about 10 years. Advenir is the third or fourth management company to take over. They put a lot of effort and money into the pool area and Advenir branding. Beautiful signs everywhere. Unfortunately, the care stops with the image they present. The buildings have cockroaches and insulation that can best be described as faith based. Maintenance can take weeks to show up with a band aid for the problem. The hot water leaked in the bathtub so much it was steaming up the room. After two weeks and an in person complaint to the office, we now have loose rattling knob, but no leak! So, yay? It's going on three weeks for the non functioning dishwasher. I'm afraid to ask about anything more important. The AC sounds like jet is landing, but it will probably 'need parts' so there's another few weeks with no AC. Advenir makes it very clear you are LUCKY to be allowed to live here and there will always be someone willing to pay more rent for the same place and you should be grateful. There is even an adjacent homeless tent city to remind you!
