It has not been good. The staff dont care about the tenants and they seem to actively go out of their way to make things difficult for us. On multiple occasions I have had issues with getting packages, the staff has lied to my face, and there has been multiple shootings since living here.

It has been horrible from the start and continues to be horrible. To start I was lied to by someone at t he office, but because they were a temp what they said became a "me" problem. It took me 6 months to get them to take off the provided insurance from my monthly rent. And this was after I provided ever document I had, along with having my insurance send me documents that specifically said there is no other information they should need. Anytime I went to the office I was ignored or treated I professionally by everyone that was in there. The list goes on.
