It sucks. I have roaches. They have to come and spray once a week. I had a water leak that kept on coming back because they would not get a professional to fix it to a point where my cabinets are falling apart. When they pulled down my cabinets there is black mold infested all behind there. I asked him to get it tested. They kept on giving me the run around. They never gave me proof that they went and had a test it or cleaned out by a professional. They put up new drywall without taking the old insulation out. So now there's just contaminated insulation in the wall. There's another leak that's not affecting me but you can hear it. They called me one day and said we had to enter your apartment because there's a leak above you. They did not tell me that they had to pull up the carpet in one of the rooms. They took everything that got wet and threw it in the tub. I was out of town so by the time I got home I had to throw all that stuff away because it was moldy. When maintenance does come and they work on something they leave a mess. They do not care for the price. It is a great apartment but for the treatment by the property manager and by this company has been awful. The only thing they wanted me to do is either shut up and deal with it or they would release me from my lease with no penalties. They didn't offer me compensation. They didn't offer me a damn thing just like it or move out
