Maintenance teams are great, the apartment location its excellent. As a previous customer service supervisor my suggestion it must take care of the building cleanliness "corridor". Parking lot need to be monitored as become a place of m?caniciens body shop. And the most important thing the gas billing are going so high and unfortunately im extremely not happy about it, im paying $350 extra, office fees taxes gas water trash

I couldn't go for the unit tour even i signed the lease without seeing it because wasant ready and i understand the delay. The new management are great and the rating can go up with more effort. The location its perfect for me and quiet, my only main concern regarding the laundry facility need to be checked and fixed or you can add a laundry machine inside the unit that will be awesome.
