The apartments are luckily cheaper than the surrounding ones because you get what you pay for. Management on site is very nice, but their administration overworks and understaffs them. Also, if you want to get your mail or use the gym you better not work or go to school because those things are only available when the office is open. Also, if you are a new resident and need to park your car you might as well wait to move your stuff until you set up your parking account because if you can't personally walk into the office to have them activate your parking account you will never be able to get ahold of them. You have to go through two automations and then end up having to leave a message that won't be listened to or returned. Forget about emails being returned to. And make sure you ask about the plus plus plus that is in addition to rent. You'll think you got a good rent price of 1200, but with their fees and the community utilities they charge you for your monthly payments will be more around 1500. Lastly, you get spam emailed by them about 2-3 time every single day. Sorry one more thing, the security deposit process here is a joke. They wanted 3000 refundable deposit for a 1 bedroom when I have a clean rental record, make the monthly rent, and have a co-signer that makes 100k a year. The reason they do this is to try to make you pay for this thing called Jetty which is a non refundable security deposit. They will then plan to charge you when you move out and that security deposit you paid for won't do anything. You will have to pay out of your pocket. The jetty thing only checks the requirement that you paid a security deposit. All advenir properties are like this.
