Great Experience
I have loved my time at Canvas since I have lived here. I was new to Denver, and Jacob was really helpful as far as getting settled into my new place and recommending some great things to do and places to see in Denver as I got used to my new surroundings. I also love that Canvas has great facilities, is centrally located, and accepts pets. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a Lodo experience with great customer service and accommodations.

With my experience on Canvas on Blake, I feel my questions and concerns have been listened to and addressed. With my previous leasing agency, I feel like I would report a problem or concern and it would never be fixed. It is completely different here and I canāt describe how grateful I am for it. Improving
I met J a while back. While heās newer here itās so so arenāt he does care about the concerns I bring him. Heās made me feel heard and done his best to cue me in on the happenings at the property. J has implemented some fun community things yay pup of the month. The property had some hiccups but man have they come in and really heard the complaints and did the work to improve. Super dedicated to making canvas a better property. My last apartment complex had things broken for 3+ months. Canvas on Blake is prompt with major fixes like the garage doors and elevators. I love it here

Amazing place to live
Canvas on Blake is a great place to live. The apartments are very new and nice. The management company, especially J, is fantastic. J has taken time outside of regular work hours to answer questions and make our lives easier many times. It is clear that J truly cares about the people living in the building. All of the common rooms are kept up very well. The management company is fantastic about communicating with the tenants if any issues do arise, and they keep everyone informed about the action being taken to address issues and the expected timeline for those actions.

Great area, amenities, services
Moved in about a month ago, been a great experience so far. The amenities are all convenient (especially the gym) on a daily basis. Both members of the leasing office have been extremely helpful throughout the move-in/living process. Overall, itās a great building in a great spot of town with friendly service.

Avoid at all costs!
Please donāt live here! I have never encountered such poor communication, care for residents, and cleaning/maintenance as I have at Canvas on Blake. Itās really disappointing because this could be a very nice apartment complex if Lincoln Apartments could hire people suited for the jobs who had proper communication, organization, and empathy. Issues: - Garage break-in using a key fob labeled for the security company, they vandalized my boyfriends motorcycle trying to steal it and managed to steal several other residents property. Lincoln did not change the security company or increase patrols (I have never once seen the security company at or around the complex). Property manager never followed up. - Leak in our bathroom from the unit above caused mold, it took almost a whole month to fix, with false updates put in the system by the maintenance team who closed my request before they finished the repairs. I had to continuously call, email and beg the office to provide any updates on next steps just so we could use our bathroom. Horrible Management
Since Lincoln property management took over, things have been god awful, especially under the āleadershipā of ------, the worst of all. She along with the blonde lady who manage the property are rude and disrespectful, and just generally bad people. Eve try thing in the building has been broken for months, including the main elevator, and they have done absolutely nothing to fix it. Donāt bother with this place - you will regret it immediately, despite the fancy looking amenities.

Stay away. This place has gone downhill since Greystar took over. I haven't been able to sleep in weeks - the noise from both upstairs neighbors and downstairs 24/7 gym is unbearable and the leasing office does nothing to help resolve the situation. Take your money elsewhere. This place is also very dirty since they took over - trash everywhere. When it was run by the previous management team it was spotless and beautiful.

CAUTION- MANAGEMENT IS UNRESPONSIVE! In late December the buildings plumbing flooded onto our floor any time the units above us flushed their toilets. We had a new management company Greystar start mid November. They failed to setup an emergency maintenance contact, and were completely unresponsive through the New Year holiday. It's now February of 2021 and our apartment still smells like ---- and mold. We have emailed them every week with limited replies and no concession for our uninhabitable bathroom and biohazard experience. We requested to move units and they wanted to charge us $500 to transfer after everything we had been through.

The events are amazing and the view from the 7th floor club house is spectacular. I love living here its so much better than the Stanley and the woman that works down stairs is so helpful. Its always very clean down stairs an the environment is so clam and enchanting ever time I come home I feel so relaxed and the smell when I walk in is so beautiful. I never have to make coffee in the morning because of the coffee machine in the resident lounge. the hot tub is very clean and there is a ping pong table with a free resident game room that has pin ball!

We moved in 3 months ago now and so far we are loving it! The staff has been great and we're so excited to get to use the amenities and meet some of our neighbors at the community events! Also love being so close to Rino district and Lodo restaurants and bars!

I've only been here for a few days, but everything has been spot on. The noise is always my first concern with apartments and I can't hear a thing (AMAZING.) Everyone that I've met passing in the hall or at a community event have been nothing less than welcoming. Thrilled I landed here!

This community is amazing... I moved form out of state and everything was done online. They were super helpful and I always got quick responses to my inquiries. Not gonna lie... I was a bit concerned to get here and that nothing was what I expected, but everything is just like the pics or even better. Units are great and amenities top notch. Super dog friendly community too!!

So far I love this community! The staff are all so nice and accommodating. They have gone above and beyond to make sure i was happy and comfortable. The units themselves are gorgeous with all brand new upgrades and the amenities are top notch!
