terrible management

nice building but horrible management. unresponsive and unprofessional. will not return calls or emails. their systems are constantly changing and no one knows how to use it. the property managers constantly leave or are fired, and they are not even on site of the building so you can’t even get a hold of them if you wanted to.

Manager is nonexistent

Pretty building but good luck getting ahold of the property manager. You will never see them, hear from them, or get calls back no matter how many voicemails you leave. If you want to live here you will have to beg to get your application paperwork through because it takes months.
