Dryden is a brand new building right in the center of the city so it's easy to get anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes. The building is kept very clean and maintained well. The amentities are honestly what sold me on this building. A nice rooftop area with great views with working area space, lounge space, club house with kitchen and pool table along with a pool that's open year round on the rooftop so great for tanning and they have grills. The gym is large and the sauna, steam room, indoor hot tub and cold plunge are amazing.

This building is impeccable and I love living here. I cannot think of a single deficit in this property. The rooftop pool is amazing floor ceiling windows in my apartment are gorgeous. The bathtub is huge and it's super quiet, which is really important to me.

Here are 200 words to complete this for him because apparently I have to do 200 words so here I am trying to get 200 words have I gotten a 200 words yet no I haven't so I'm just gonna keep saying that I need to put in 200 words and then apparently 200 words will be there and it'll work. What is the point of doing this? Why do I have to put 200 characters in this seems ridiculous. I don't have that much.

Wow! I was so impressed with the Dryden, staff, amenities, and floor plans all outstanding. I lived 6 years at Griffis Chessman and Dryden was A+ on all fronts.. Looking forward to what seems like an incredible community.

It is a nice community, the amenities are to die for. Just to note, there is not much around the building and no where to take out a dog in the area. It is a starter apartment I feel and a much younger crowd.

I recently moved into The Dryden in Denver and the entire experience was impressively smooth from start to finish. The leasing team was communicative, organized, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, which made move-in day stress-free. The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, and everything was ready exactly as promised. From logistics to first impressions, The Dryden exceeded my expectations and made settling into a new home easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone considering living here.

Staff is great! Amenities are fantastic. Clean building and if any areas are brought to management needing addressed, they get on it. Views in the building are great and it's in a great neighborhood of Denver.

A Cautionary Tale: The Reality Behind The Dryden’s Glossy Marketing
Having watched The Dryden rise from the ground up, I was initially impressed by its architectural design and modern aesthetic. During our relocation from out of state, I worked remotely with Nancy—an outstanding leasing agent—who provided clear communication, photos, and detailed descriptions that helped us select a unit suited to our needs. Unfortunately, our experience since move-in has revealed a pattern of management decisions and operational failures that fall well below the standards expected of a property marketed as “Denver’s newest addition to high-rise living” and offering “an unparalleled urban living experience.” The branding implies a level of service, privacy, and quality more aligned with true luxury properties. The reality, however, is far less impressive. Privacy Breach and Safety Risk: Without notice or consent, The Dryden published our full names on the building’s entry directory. Due to our surname’s alphabetical placement, our names appear prominently—making our residence easily identifiable. This constitutes a serious and unjustified violation of privacy. The Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. §§ 6-1-1301 to 6-1-1314), effective July 1, 2023, requires businesses to obtain affirmative consent before processing sensitive personal information. This breach is not merely theoretical—it presents a real and ongoing threat to our family’s safety, due to prior incidents involving serious security concerns. Public disclosure of our residence without consent is unacceptable and dangerous. In light of the serious safety risk created by The Dryden’s actions, we formally requested an early lease termination without penalty. MANAGEMENT UNEQUIVOCALLY DENIED THIS REQUEST despite the circumstances and their clear responsibility in causing them. Habitability Issues: Prolonged Elevator Outages The Implied Warranty of Habitability under Colorado law (C.R.S. § 38-12-503) guarantees that residential premises must be safe, sanitary, and fit for living. Yet one of the two elevators in the south wing has been out of service since January 22nd. Compounding the issue, the only remaining elevator has also experienced intermittent outages, particularly when used for moving services. Elevators in a high-rise are essential—not optional. This situation has severely impacted accessibility, particularly for elderly residents and those with mobility concerns. Despite repeated reassurances from management—first citing emergency maintenance, then legal and insurance delays—repairs remain uncompleted as of today, May 16th. The Dryden’s failure to promptly address this critical infrastructure issue represents a clear breach of the Warranty of Habitability. Residents should not be burdened by delays tied to management’s internal liability disputes. Essential services must be restored without further excuse or delay. Additional Concerns Undermining “Luxury” Claims Beyond these primary issues, numerous ongoing concerns further erode the building’s claim to offer a luxury living experience: - Unprofessional Management Communication: Regular patronizing emails about basic tenant behavior diminish the resident experience. - Inconsistent Aesthetic Enforcement: Common areas often feature hallway mats, window flags, and personal shelving items that detract from the intended design standard. - Frequent Amenity Closures: Key amenities, such as the whirlpool, have been closed for extended periods without adequate explanation or resolution. - Unreliable Access Systems: Entry doors, package rooms, and elevator controls often require multiple attempts to function correctly. - Overuse of Harsh Cleaning Agents: Excessive use of bleach in common areas poses health concerns, particularly for residents with pets. Conclusion: We expected—and paid for—a higher standard of living and security. What we’ve received instead is deeply disappointing and, at times, dangerous. Prospective residents should weigh this experience carefully. Appearances can be deceiving.
