Amazing leasing staff and beautiful studio apartment! Nina made me feel so comfortable making the decision to move here. I feel really safe living in this building. I love the pool and amenities. I got a great price for a 13 month lease. I highly recommend this place!

I moved in to Griffis LoDo in early 2024. The management is super nice, the amenities are top class, and I don't have any major complaints. They also host a community event at least once a month where its fun to get to know folks. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for 2 years and have had a great experience. The only reason I'm not renewing my lease is because I'm relocating to a different state. This building is well managed and kept in nice condition. The common areas are clean and well taken care of, including the pool area, gym and parking garage. The maintenance team is fast to respond and they're great, trustworthy guys. The leasing office is very polite and also fast to respond to concerns. I would live here again and I would recommend the building.

Good location. Close to the park & Ball Arena. Can walk anywhere downtown from here to include bars, movies, games, shows, etc. I have only had one mix up with a package but that was remedied. Will likely stay again unless rent becomes insane.

Living at Griffis LoDo is great! It's a really comfortable and quiet residence. Everyone is nice and kind, all my neighbors respect the community rules. It's the perfect place for non smokers. Also, the building is accessible easily from I-25.

Individual units are nice, however there is still major construction going on throughout the building at all times of the year. Location is fantastic with union station, Ball Arena, Coors field, Confluence park, Whole Foods, King Soopers, and more all within walking distance. If you can live with the unending construction, the amenities, unit features, and location are all great.

The apartment is very nice, however there have been issues with the Wewatta door not closing making the building less secure. Instead of fixing the problem, management posted a sign to make sure the door is closed. I get that while waiting for maintenance to fix the issue, but this has been ongoing for weeks.

Tour, Communication and Property

Recently toured Griffis LoDo and was impressed with the building and the quality of the tour. The tour started with questions concerning what key features we wanted in a unit (key for us was ample light and views). Brainna then showed us a variety of available units offering great contrast. On a day where we viewed six different properties, GL was by far the most comfortable and inviting. Brainna was very professional and took the time to offer great service (something we did not feel in the other buildings). Looking forward to moving in mid-January. Great location, amenities, resident gatherings, parking, security, and a friendly face at teh front counter.

There are multiple better buildings in the area that are more transparent and more helpful. I wouldn't have moved here if I had seen the unit ahead of time. It's an awkward layout and over priced for the cheap amenities. Extremely small pool and very bare minimum in the gym. And you can hear the workout classes in the Pilates studio in the lobby but there's no resident discount for the Pilates.

New office management is not good at communicating. They are hard to get a hold of and there's been a lot of turn over. I rated my recent service less than 5 stars because my door was left unlocked and open after the service was completed.

This apartment provides amazing Anne ties and a completely secure area. The parking is easy and secure at all times. There is also after hours security that makes you feel at peace to be there. The complex itself is beautiful as well as the views from many of the apartments.

Once griffis bought the building everything went downhill. They just did "community renovations" and replaced all of our state of the art equipment (Peloton, etc) with crappy Costco equipment. The gym used to be my favorite feature and now it's practically unusable due to the bad equipment. There is always something broken in the building (elevators, garage doors) and repairs take weeks/months. Our water has been turned off a lot due to boiler issues etc.

Griffis is offers very clean, newly renovated common spaces. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Wonderful area of downtown with restaurants, stores, and more within walking distance!

The maintenance team has always been quick to answer requests and does it's best to fix the problem as soon as possible. They are always kind, even when passing in the hallway, and I know I never have to worry about something being unanswered with this team!

We moved into this community after a catastrophic event in our home, and have been pleasantly surprised at how great it has been. Since the renovation the amenities are great. Location is fantastic. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful, especially Nelson and Ruben in maintenance. They came over yesterday within hours of me making a request, fixed what was on the list and then asked if they could do more! When I said the fan light was not working, Ruben went to get lightbulbs and Nelson actually cleaned the fan blades because he noticed they were dusty. And then he clean the OTHER fan as well. Completely over and above.

So far so great! We love living here. Pretty quiet but close to everything. The staff and maintenance are top notch in my opinion. Kind, prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. It's an apartment complex where everyone has there own life but feels like a good community.
