horrific response and communication from property managers and leasing team. every request, issue, or concern i have brought to them takes DAYS to be resolved. i never know if things like the elevator or the garage will work because they never send out notices about issues. i should not have to be worried or play a guessing game for necessary things in my complex.

The amenities offered in this community are extensive and the apartment itself is well-kept and maintained. It's a great location - close to a lot of things but still relatively quiet. The staff have been incredibly helpful and welcoming during the move-in process.

One City Block is an awesome complex at an affordable price point! The location alone is incredible and convenient to all of Denver. I toured roughly 14 apartments and settled on OCB because of the amazing leasing office team, year round outdoor pool and amenities, and overall cleanliness. The leasing team stands out, especially Joe, who provided quick and effective information for my needs. He was patient and answered all of my questions even close to closing hours.

The leasing office and maintenance staff have been consistently wonderful and thoroughly helpful. I love the location as it is near to downtown and Colfax which both have much to offer by way of restaurants and entertainment.

Terrible management and communication with residents. Anytime I had an issue, the response time took 48+ hours. I ignored by management and then told to schedule an appointment, when I had a simple question about my pro-rated rent amount. Specifically, Adrian, in the office was extremely rude and not helpful. Just overall, not the best apartment living experience solely because of management.

This place is amazing! I haven’t had an apt in the city and this location is great but the actual apartments are so nice. Katherine at the front office has been so communicative and helpful and available. These places are so clean, quiet, and close to everything. Community is able to post for other tenants to see and Adrian sends prompt emails for any and all updates. I am thoroughly impressed.

Apartment complex has a great location. Management staff and office was very helpful when in the process of signing my lease. As well as since I have been here, they have been amazing and are very kind. The maintenance team has responded to work orders very fast and efficiently. Would definitely recommend living here.

Staff is terrible. Maintenance people are great. The front office will do nothing and ignore everything you say. The Housekeeping does nothing. The place is so dirty. It is disgusting. All packages are lost. They lie about everything. And cancel all events.

I love living at One City Block. I always feel safe and the buildings are maintained nicely. I like inviting people over to hang out at my cute apartment and pool it up in the summer. It’s not that bad. I’ve lived here for a few months and the biggest complaint I would say that I have is the noise people make on the nice days at the pool. I can’t even open up my window some days because of the music and the partying.

Not safe. Clueless office staff. Poor quality appliances and cabinets. Exterior and stairwells not kept clean. Rapid deterioration of the building and area over the past 3 years. Great exercise equipment. Pool shut down for repairs often and for long periods of time.

Staff and maintenance team are great! Location is perfect. Can walk to downtown and restaurants, grocery stores, gym, etc. neighborhood is becoming less safe due to increasing crime rate in the city but the building premises are secure.

Dealt with water leaking from A/C unit pouring from the ceiling, cracking the drywall. Issue went on for over one year, with approximately eleven work orders submitted. Communication from maintenance was poor, and with management unprofessional and inadequate in every way. No follow up from management regarding this issue after an in person office visit, and little to no follow up on multiple emails I sent. I've lived in 9 states and four countries, and this is the worst management I have dealt with. Please feel free to share this for marketing purposes.

Pool hasn't work for months and management communication only comes after people start asking about issues. This is one of the amenities presented as "year around" but please don't think you will get a reimbursement just because is not available.

I like everything about the apartment. It is in a nice location with a lot of great amenities. It is safe and secure and not too loud at night. I would like if the staff was more helpful—when I moved in I was given no guidance or assistance or even explanation of the property. I had to go back the next day and ask another person to explain more about the community to me.

Do not move here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Have had things stolen from the complex that were in a “secured” garage. Nobody gives a ----. The hot tub and pool have been closed for at least 4 months. The lights in the garage haven’t worked for almost 2 months now. So many issues within this complex. Just need someone running the place who knows how to do their job / actually gives even the slightest bit of a ----. One city block is a JOKE. Do not move here.

The maintenance staff is wonderful! They are super polite and have truly gone out of their way for me while living here for the past 2+ years. I was looking for an apartment kind of last minute, and their leasing team was so kind and efficient. Unfortunately, the home I was interested in was leased before I could apply (my fault) but they still tried every avenue to find something else that could work for me. Wonderful energy in the office overall, and the community is just beautiful.

Such a nice place to live! Out of all the places I looked at downtown, OCB felt the safest and most comfortable. Parking price is incredible and everyone is so nice here. Very happy with my experience so far.
