The building is under staffed. It would be helpful if there was an activity organizer. The staff does not have time to do this although the manager does try. The furniture in the community room is not conducive to socializing.

Most tenants we have ran into are very courteous and friendly we enjoy our maintenance Mr Phil we have yet to put in an order for minor maintenance since we moved in only seen the carpet cleaned or shampooed once in the hallway might have been more just don't know.

There is very little waiting when things need fixed. All of our staff is friendly and courteous. We are appreciated as residents. If you want to join in activities here you are always welcome but if you want to stay by yourself, that is ok too. Breakfast on Monday thru Friday is grab & go and coffee is free. Several residents sit and visit while having their breakfast. It's a good time to get to know people.

Excellent, the staff were very helpful in assuring that I understood the safest way to move into my apartment. The staff assisted me when I needed extra hands to open my apartment for deliveries when I wasn’t available due to personal obligations. Our community is welcoming and supportive. The staff is helpful and caring. And, the location is attractive and convenient. We are close to grocery stores, parks, restaurants, and light rail, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown and major highways are easily accessible.

It’s a very nice place to live. I’ve been active in the gardening committee and enjoy helping out. I’m also enjoying the essentrics classes taught by Setsuko. Everyone here should take part. I’ve lived in the area for 12 years now. Great environment.

I have not lived in an apartment for over 40 years, so I cannot compare. I was extremely disappointed that you did not accept my offer to move and donate my piano for the Community Room. Other Senior communities have a piano! If you had liability concerns, you could have offered to buy it. Iwas told this was done to purchase a treadmill. I remain concerned about the bedbug problem which for now seems to be solved. There needs to be frequent monitoring by the Dogs and residents need to be educated about what to look for. Many people think it is related to cleanliness which it is not. I would mark MAYBE about recommending to a friend.

Moving here was a very good decision. The staff and residents are very caring. They always make sure youre okay. If they know you have been under the weather they make sure you have everything you need whether it be facial tissue or soup.

Love living here! Great little community with an awesome staff up front, in a great location in Denver!! We have an relaxing private patio in back with beautiful flowers, seating, a vegetable garden, a small doggie park and lots of seating with big umbrellas and BBQ's. The plants and flowers around the bldg make it so nice to walk around and everyone is friendly. There are many activities, which we are slowly returning to, and the staff is always looking for things to celebrate with us and for us. Wonderfulness!

I have lived at Overton Stapleton for three years. This was the best decision I could ever have made. I love my home and yes it is my home, not an apartment. During this current situation with Covid-19, I feel very SAFE!! The Management here is the best, they have taken every precaution to keep all the residents safe. Living here I dont have to worry about anything. If I have any maintenance or health issues, I know there will be someone here to help me immediately. I love my home and I cant praise the Staff enough. Shamim is a wonderful Manager!!

The building managers are pleasant and helpful and the common areas are clean, neat, and pleasant. The apartments have high ceilings and are bright and cheerful. The residents I have talked to are very nice too. Only significant problem I've had is that the hot water isn't always available.

I've lived here since shortly after they opened and I enjoy living here, like the management a lot and feel very safe here...however..................if you keep raising the rent I may be forced to look elsewhere.
