The finch has been amazing to my partner and I so far. Its appearance is very elegant and modern. Amenities are great with a fully equipped gym, lounge and even dog park! Staff is amazing and very helpful when we need any kind of assistance. It's conveniently located in downtown just walking distance from a shopping center and lots of entertainment. Overall our experience has been a 10/10.

I've lived here for almost a month now and everything has been great! The staff is amazing and responds promptly to any needs I have. The building and surrounding area stays clean and well-kept including the dog park which is huge!

Very clean and professional. I was pleased that the building was new and was safe because of police presence (I had reservations due to its proximity to capitol hill). All my questions were answered by the leasing agents.

The apartment building is brand new, so all the amenities are in great shape. The staff was helpful and the building is clean and smells nice. We were able to pick our garage spaces near the closest elevator to our apartment, which was a great benefit.

The leasing team has been very helpful in my move-in process, Grant specifically has been super helpful. There were a few quirks to workout but, it is a new building so that was to be expected and the team was very quick to resolve these issues.

I chose The Finch Apartments in Denver because it offers the perfect balance between comfort, location, and lifestyle. The Finch immediately stood out because of its stylish design, well-maintained facilities, and welcoming atmosphere. Another important reason is the location. The Finch is conveniently located near downtown Denver, which makes commuting, shopping, and entertainment very easy. Having restaurants, caf?s, parks, and public transportation nearby allows me to enjoy the city without spending too much time traveling. This gives me more freedom to focus on my work, my goals, and my personal life. The amenities also influenced my decision. The fitness center, shared spaces, and quiet environment make everyday life more comfortable and enjoyable. I value living in a place that supports both productivity and relaxation, and The Finch provides that balance. Most importantly, The Finch feels like a community where I can grow. It gives me a peaceful space to focus on my future while staying connected to the energy of Denver. That is why The Finch is the right place for me.

Amenities are great, the building is brand new and well maintained. Building is still pretty empty so it is usually quiet. The location is great. Parking is not $150 flat rate, so that was upsetting. Other than that no complaints.

The apartments look great and the property was amazing. As with every property some of the workers are lack luster and do not do their job in a timely manner which ultimately effects you as a renter. Also some of the people are amazing as well. It's a mixed bag in my experience but I wouldn't let it deter you from applying if you really like the place. It's a new spot so maybe that's why but ultimately I feel as though I got ignored for a while over multiple attempts of communication and it cost me around 3 grand over the course of the lease if not more. I still say very highly rated and respectable community though but as a young professional who can afford this property I'd consider somewhere where you are treated with respect and open communications.

Apartment building is very nice and so are the amenities. But my unit was not cleaned before I moved in and not inspects to notice something like the ice maker is broken. But overall with the special going on you can't beat the price and it has some of the nicest amenities in an apartment building I've seen. So overall highly recommend and hoping the lack of cleaning prior to move in was a fluke.

The entire process from touring to moving in was very straight forward. The office staff was exceptionally helpful and the property is gorgeous. It has been quiet and I have felt safe in my short time here. I am thrilled to be living here!

Was an extremely beautiful building all new utilities amazing amenities stunning units and a brilliant location. I really enjoyed touring this location they were really accommodating when I asked to tour it again cause I was torn between two locations they helped make me feel excited and safe about my move and really inspired to be a part of this community

This is the best community, building, customer service, amenity package, appliances and experience I could have asked for! Luxury feels yet homey and friendly! Also the gym is beyond what I could have expected!
