Such a GREAT place to call home

Hello, I have lived at the overlook in Denver, Colorado for 2 years now. I renewed my lease once because I had no other place to go or have the time to go look. My lease is up this summer and I know I will be renewing once again. This place has made a huge improvment from bad office staff to amazing office staff as well as their mantenace team. I know that they had alot of people come and go all the time but now it seem like they have some pretty happy people working for them. I always say hi to them and they always say hi to me with a huge smile. The trash is being picked up everyday before 9 AM. Around the tower that I live in gets bad with ciggarete butt and their is a guy and a woman that are down their picking them up when they get bad. They always put the rocks back in the beds. It is really looking good. The new manager is very nice. She is very nice and she greets me everytime I am in the office. I think that the guy that stops by to do a work in the apartment is very good as well. He knows what the problem is right away and sure knows how to do it in less than 10 minutes the last 2 times that I have had to have a work done. The office staff has moved around but they seem to know their jobs and can get you the answer you need to know everytime. They have parking pass so we do not have people parking over here durning the games when Denver plays here. I had some family coming to see my and they gave me a visitors pass with no problem. They have done a great job with cleaning this place up within the last 3 months. I am very happy with the overlook. Keep up the good work guys so I can still call this place home
