on Sep 6th, 2016. In the early morning Sep 7th, 2016, I returned the apt key and paid off the balance. At that time, I asked if I can pay cash for my 400 some more dollar rent from Sep 1 to 6. One of that girl who had an office(not the front desk girl Lisa) said I can pay for cash. I was little surprise they can accept cash, but I didn't think too much because I think I can save myself another trip to make a cashier check. So I paid the full amount in cash. I also remember she gave me some changes back. A few months late, I received a letter from Metro Collection saying that I had an unpaid balance need to be paid, PLUS interests and Attorney fees( they filing the claim). WTH!!!! I called the office and the front girl Lisa( I recognized her voice) told me that she didn't have my information and I need to call the collection company to deal with. So Obviously, Staffs there were terrible and stealing money. AND NO ONE tried to help me find out what was going!!! WORST!!!! WORST!!! WORT!!! Since I lost my receipt, I had to pay the damn money!! People work there have NO WORK ETHNIC AT ALL! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! It also hurt my credit!!!!! REALLY UNMORAL COMPANY!!
