AVOID AT ALL COSTS >> HIGH LEVELS OF RADON DETECTED IN ALL BUILDINGS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS >> HIGH LEVELS OF RADON DETECTED IN ALL BUILDINGS SINCE 2023 with no corrective action even though the inspection company, in September 2023, stated: The average radon level exceeds the action limit of 4.0 Cl. Recommend radon mitigation system. See images of proof. Only after paying the $500 application fee and being approved was this information available as part of The Flats liability waiver that I had to sign. When I refused, they refused to refund my money. 1 Year - AMLI then Holland Group
After 1 year I am leaving this community. I first signed a lease with AMLI property management group. The complex was sold to Holland Group. Night and Day difference.. AMLI was responsive. Holland Group is condescending, no sense of urgency to help tenants. Common areas not maintained. Amenities not open ( MULTIPLE weekends this summer where the pool was not opened or opened late). Property manager Kurtis is RUDE. Absolutely RUDE! This person should not be in a role that requires contact with the public. This management company is ONLY about making money. Theft is rampant - both in the package room and in the parking areas - Management does not help you at all. Expect overpriced apartments without property management support. With all of the options in the area, I would stay away from any property managed by the Holland group. The cost is NOT value add.

My Google review is no longer visible so posting here.
I have lived here for 2 years now, so hopefully can give an honest account before you decide to sign a lease. Pros: - Front Desk and maintenance are responsive and friendly. - Routine stuff is taken care of (pool and grounds are always clean, normal maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly) - Feel safe walking around Cons: - Building is not as structurally sound as it seems. The pipes in our bathroom leaked and had to be replaced - so we had a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling/wall and no toilet/shower for over a month. Amli covered rent during this period, but we still had to scramble and find a place to live, which ended up costing more than rent anyway. They did not let us break the lease during this time. Also, rain leaks in through the window pane during heavy storms so be prepared for that as well. - Theft is common and Amli claims no responsibility. The package room was broken into twice this past winter, and car break ins were common. I also just found out this week (!!) that the bike garage was broken into months ago and many bikes were stolen over theā¦Ā See More>4/27/2023

Gone down hill, complex past itĆ¢ā¬ā¢s prime
Iāve lived at this property on and off for nearly three years, and before it was well maintained and staffed. Despite being a Ć¢ā¬Åsmoke freeĆ¢ā¬ļæ½ property, it isnĆ¢ā¬ā¢t. WeĆ¢ā¬ā¢ve had someone hot boxing their apartment(weed and cigarettes) for nearly 6 weeks. The smell is getting into our home and setting off our asthma. I even have had to use my oxygen machine and nebulizer more frequently. WeĆ¢ā¬ā¢ve made almost weekly complaints, sometimes multiple complaints in a day. All they do is placate, but do nothing to solve the issue. This used to be a great property, but do not come here with the expectation that they will maintain a smoke free property, because they snuck it into the lease addendum that theyĆ¢ā¬ā¢re not responsible. WhatĆ¢ā¬ā¢s the point of paying $3k a month? No valet trash or functional compactor, broken package room, cars and catalytic converters stolen, rude staff, and smokers making you sick. Run far away.ā¦Ā See More>2/1/2023

Once great, now overpriced, past its prime, and on the decline
Amli was pretty good up until the pandemic, when rents started inflating beyond belief and standards fell by the wayside. While I would ordinarily go into detail about slapdash turnover, superficial remodeling, badly insulated windows, sloppy paint work, door striker plates not being set right, the gym becoming more basic and useless over time, or the garbage compactor regularly jamming, I instead have to talk about something much worse. For well over a month a neighbor has taken to hotboxing inside of their apartment and using the vent fan in their bathroom to blow it out. Due to leaks and the age of the building, this vents it directly into my master bath and bedroom. I have asthma, and my other half has severe asthma, and since it makes us sick we can't even use about half of our apartment. Bringing this concern to the attention of the office has led to to weeks of being placated ,that waned into poorly veiled frustration from them. It seems that they're more concerned with the imposition I'm making on them to take a report that someone is making me sick in this "smoke free community" than how sick I've become. Between headaches,ā¦Ā See More>12/7/2022

This was a great place to live. I lived here for a couple of years and the staff was always very helpful. Maintenance requests were resolved very quickly and they emailed a description of what they had done to fix the issue which was always very nice. The grounds were kept clean and complaints were taken care of swiftly.

I would move back to this community because it was a good living experience. My apt backed to a main street which was annoying but that was my fault. Lesson learned. The facilities are great and the staff was helpful. Maintenance at the time I lived here was lacking but that could have changed.

AMLI is a great apartment complex. All of the staff is fantastic and willing to help with any issues that arise. The area is beautiful and it is wonderful to be so close to the light rail. Everyone should look at this apartment complex if they are moving to the area!

Staff is very unprofessional and their lack of communication makes it very difficult to work with them. Since day one we were told different things about what we owed for a deposit and got charged an additional fee that they say we never paid when we were told multiple times prior we owed nothing. Forcing applicants to pay online as well is absurd.

Beautiful location, great staff. Parking is never an issue. Pool and pool area are extremely nice, but the gym is very basic. Noise is a non - issue, I have literally never once heard my neighbors. Would definitely recommend

I moved to this place sight unseen, something I've never done before. It made me extremely nervous about the entire process. The leasing agents (Brad & Kyli) were awesome. They took the time to address all my concerns and were extremely responsive - and this was before I got here. It's been the same since my arrival. Nothing and no place is perfect, but things go much better when you feel like the staff is attentive and makes an effort to make you feel comfortable. The best complement I can give this place is after only 2 months it feels like home. This feels like my neighborhood. The staff (office & maintenance) have been extremely friendly, helpful, and feel like my neighbors. I really appreciate this place and its team.

Amli is a wonderful place to live! The staff is always very helpful and they made our move-in a breeze. The complex is also in a prime location. We absolutely love it. I would highly recommend Amli to any family member or friend for a nice place to live.

The office staff is friendly. The apartments are built very poorly so the noise level is high. I can hear the golf course mowing the greens every morning at 6am and airplanes landing at Centennial airport. I'm on the top floor and get complaints from my downstairs neighbor that they can hear me walking around and when my 1 yr old nephew was visiting they complained they could hear him cry is ridiculous. The gym hasn't had any updates to it in over 2 years, it took April-August to paint the complex which was very noisy early in the morning with the machines used to paint and the office stopped doing email notifications of packages delivered. The maintenance dept is fast and efficient in work order requests. Overall, the only improvements made were to make the outside appearance and leasing office look better with new paint instead of anything for the residents like gym upgrades even though my rent went up $70 this past renewal. I won't be renewing again.

The quality of the staff is excellent but the location and the amenities are greatly lacking. The appliances are of low quality. It would be nice if the pool was open year-round and there is very little retail within walking distance.

I love living at AMLI at Inverness. I love my apartment. I enjoy coming home from work, which is only 2.1 miles from AMLI. I enjoy speaking with the staff when I pick up packages. I enjoy the amenities. I cannot wait for the beautiful pool to open for the season.

The apartments are very spacious and well constructed. The leasing office staff is extremely helpful and caring, and are always available for any type of help. Any service requests are completed within 24 hours. The society is very clean and well maintained in general. The location is excellent as well, its walking distance from my office as well as the rail. The online portal for submitting service requests and paying rent is easy to use and user-friendly.

Amli is a good option for the DTC area. I'm someone who considers apartments by a cost/value ratio and Amli seems like their rent is a little too high for the value of the property. I'm paying about $1400/month for an interior facing single apartment with parking. The interior and exterior of the buildings are well maintained and the location gives renters good accessibility to downtown and local destinations. The gym seems mostly structured for upper body workouts but you may want to look into other nearby gyms (Life Time, 24 Hour Fitness, etc. are nearby). In my experience, the staff has been responsive and reliable to work with; my service requests have been resolved the day I requested help. If you can afford Amli, I would absolutely recommend it, but similar places offer roughly the same quality for a lower cost if your budget is tight.

This apartment is close to some big shopping areas (you still have to drive a bit). The community is very quiet and looks well maintained. Gym room opens 24/7 which is convenient. There is a pool as well. Most importantly it is close to my workplace. Overall I like this place.

AMLI at Inverness is great living. Close to the Dry Creek Rail station was a big sale to me, but neighborhood is nice and management and staff are genuinely nice and helpful. I highly recommend Denver-area AMLI properties.

We had a great time at AMLI at Inverness ! The place is on the entertainment hub - the best place away from Denver downtown. We would walk in the evening and sit around the grills , taverns and watch the people dine , enjoy ! It was always so much fun ... The best part of this experience were the management guys - Brian and Philip . I have lived in apartments for 6 years before but never received so much personal service , they are like family and care for you even after you leave .Carry on the great job guys !

AMLI Inverness is a great complex. I've been at AMLI over 3 years and this is the 2nd AMLI property I've lived in, and it's great. The location is amazing (next to the light rail and several bars/restaurants). AMLI has very fair move in/move out procedures. If you have two cars, I'd recommend a carport or garage parking for one of them as you may not be able to park in front of your building after work.
