Compared to other senior, affordable housing options I visited, The Sophia is by far the nicest, cleanest, most luxurious, and peaceful. The apartment itself is gorgeous, and the amenities are top notch!

I was told it's a cheerful community and that became apparent. On several occasions a resident came up and visited, they commented on the great staff. I also over heard one of the craft events ? lots of laughter.

Nice place, tiny bedroom. And like everywhere in Denver, CHARGES TOO MUCH FOR RENT. The "privilege" of living indoors shouldn't mean you have to cough up 60-70 percent of your income to line the pockets of corporate property management companies for no other reason than greed.

Living here is akin to living in an elegant hotel. If We were to buy a condo, this has absolutely all the upgrades and amenities we would seek. I looked at many affordable senior housing offerings and NONE compare.

The community was lovely. The staff was wonderful. I really loved the common spaces. The activities seemed like fun. Having a bus for transportation was a nice option..The rental price was good. It was just farther east than we wanted to live.
