Horrible facility to sign a lease!!

Becareful on signing a lease with this facility because what they tell you at the reception is not what you will experience!! Outrageous water and sewer payments which keeps increasing every month!! Your parking space will be taken by other residents because they don’t have a space infront of their apartment!! Xfinity was going to charge me 24$ a month for internet but they claimed they have bulk purchase and I have to be on that which they charge me 32$ every month!! Nice apartment but very horrible and outrageous water and sewer payments!! Not recommended for anyone if you know you don’t have patience for -------- payments!!

The apartments are nice , but the community is not set up to accommodate the elderly, the park is so congested to were I can't park in front of my apartment. I have to park down and across from were I stay. And at 66 I should not have to do that. I have nothing against dog owners, but I shouldn't have to step out side my apartment and see different dog dropping every morning.

Really nice new units, but the mini split system they use for heating and air has gone out on us 5 times in just 7 months. The leasing office also tried charging tenants over $400 for WATER for months until residents complained about it. Really nice location and the units themselves look nice, but lots a big problems like that keep popping up. The amenities they flaunt are sup par. Fitness center is very small and basic and the dog park is just a small fenced in area they put up and then for some reason covered the ground with rocks. So, there's no grass for your dog.

Love the apartments, definitely not a place for the lack of management and the maintenance people for them to not know what they are doing. Have had multiple write ups for my unit and they still have not be addressed! I continue to complain but nothing is taken care of.

Everything has been great except for when rent is due and we're constantly being over charged for water. It's been multiple times of overcharging and then we get a credit back. It's starting to get ridiculous

Unprofessional

Cant even sleep in on my days off due to the fact that there is constant construction. Still after four months. Not to mention if you live here, youre automatically obligated to pay extra monthly for the construction theyre still doing. thats cool. transparency about this prior to it becoming an issue would have been appreciated

My living experience here is a love-hate relationship. The apartments are beautiful (although unfinished) and what we should have in amenities are fantastic. That being said, the dog park is non-existent, you can only use the gym if staff are here and the door is unlocked, the landscaping is still being put in and there's pipes (which are frankly unsafe) are sticking out of the ground. The problems with these apartments seem to be ongoing. Although I signed my lease with a different company, these apartments were not ready to be leased. With ongoing issues there's little to no compensation for residents. Tanae has been wonderful and has caught nearly all the backlash of residents which truthfully is unfair- this is on the company. Residents don't have someone here to help because she's overseeing multiple properties. Honestly, kudos to Tanae for having to balance this all!

I moved in when GB was still running this place. So needless to say I haven't had much experience with Avanti. However the couple times I have they've been polite and they haven't messed anything up so it really was a seamless transition.
