It's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and comfortable community to call home and although we have had some minor maintenance issues with our trash compactor which we have recently replaced we always do our best to address any and all concerns ASAP. In regards to your concerns about residents not following the rules, please bring this to our attention right away and we would be more than happy to address the issue with the resident at fault.
