4550 has a friendly, hard-working professional staff in a large building that sometimes needs quick maintenance attention. They handle their work with good cheer and professionalism in a busy situation that ranges from important problems to small complaints and whiny dogs (like mine) who sometimes "go" in the wrong places. They communicate well and often. I live elsewhere in the winter and have found them very helpful when I needed long-distance assistance.

This office staff is friendly, professional and supportive and maintenance staff is responsive and professional. The building is clean, and they are constantly updating it. I have lived here a year and have nothing but good things to say.
