Management is HORRIBLE here. Problems in this old building constantly. Heat and water constantly go out , broken. Elevators completely out if service for 2 months, then broke every few weeks. General manager is extremely rude& unprofessional, never follows up .

Everything about this place is bad. no water, no heat multiple times a year sometimes both are out?not working for several days(winter is when this happens) NO winterized pipes, water heaters are outside. elevators broken for over a month going on 2 mos. dirty grounds, dirty amenities. Extremely rude, uncaring, condescending management- btw I know over 20 residents and friends here who hate the management. Ice all over the parking garage , residents fell on ice injured themselves severely. **Over 250 residents signed a petition to get reimbursed for rent not having heat or water for days, having to stay in hotels & no reimbursemenst. dog poop & cigarette butts everywhere. overly high rental rates. appliances constantly not working. AC continuously goes out in summer not fixed for 3-7 days. heat goes out too for days. moving out obviously. save yourself the headache & living nighmare in this overpriced ------ highrise with rude 22 yr old staff who could care less. sincerely, Blatantly Honest :-(

Horrible in every aspect. Advise anyone NOT TO MOVE HERE. No heat, no water multiple occasions for days. Tons of units flooded. No elevators for over a month. Dirty building. Amenities constantly closed. The most rude nasty general manager. Constant loud construction through out building. place has been pretty much uninhabitable and a nightmare.

This place is bad. Heat constantly not working, 3rd time my heat and water has gone out not working for days in winter. Elevators broke for going on a week and half now. Cabibet veneer peeling off, whole cabinets covers missing, never fixed.Management is very impersonal & doesn't interact with residents, sometimes general manager is rude. This place overall is a mess, nothing works and its constantly dirty throughout building and amenities.
